Real Character Week #2 – Douglas, WY

Mike FisherReal Character Updates

We had a phenomenal week in Douglas, Wyoming. This is our final week as a team this semester in the state of Wyoming. We partnered with Pastor Roy Philips of Douglas Baptist Church. Just like last week, this the first time Minutemen Ministries has conducted one of their programs at this church.

Although we did not conduct our program in the public school, we were able to let the entire student body know about the weekend program via the youth group at the church. Many of the teens are in public school and invited their friends. One young lady truly caught the burden of the Real Character team; her name is Celine. Celine invited our team to the high school for lunch, and invited everyone she knew. According to my team captains, Celine knew everyone. Every night the counseling rooms were occupied with friends that Celine had invited. And every night Celine was able to rejoice because of the salvation of those that she brought. We had well over 120 out for the week and around 35 saved, our high night was 92. By the way, Celine is a bus kid and on her way to Bible College. God just needs a vessel. Why not give God the benefit of the doubt?
