The saga continues in our pursuit of a Minutemen Headquarters. First, the deadline for purchase has been pushed back until May 15. Baptist College of Ministry will continue to rent the facility until that time, so that gives some more time (but it will be here before you know it). Second, the village board expressed some resistance to our proposed rezoning of the motel. There is a public hearing in early April and then, I believe, it goes to the planning commission. We have been encouraged with the support we are receiving for rezoning from various places. Third, we have begun to see a stream of gifts coming in for the purchase. Please pray with us about the rezoning and the funds necessary to purchase the Headquarters.
